so as i was reading some of my old entries, i found the one about Sarah Leigh dying. That was one of the worst experiences in my life, until last week, it was the worst. As you all know Elisa was hit by a truck on Sunday while she was out doing what she loved... that has now become my worst day ever!!!!!!! I did not cry as much this time around,mainly b/c my closest friends weren't suffering so... She was one of the best people i have ever known... I will, only because i know her very well, go on and be happy - she always tried to make everyone happy-- every time i run (even before she died) i would think of her, now every time i run it is a tribute to her... Elisa - I love you, I miss you, and your spirit will live forever in the hearts of everyone you've touched!!!!

i can't write, i just pray - Elisa, i love you, i will miss you more that you will ever know... what you did for me means more that anyone will every realize! thank you for our great 5 years together- it was almost exactly 5 years ago when we became team mates - you were my favorite freshman of them all... when u joined me at TLU, i was so beyond excited - seeing you on the way to class was something i looked forward to... you were loved by all who knew you -

they both wore 24... I HATE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

October...catching up to September

So It is what the 21st of October? Thank goodness this month is almost over too... November has to get better-- On good news, my future is looking brighter and brighter every day... I have added on to my short term plans for post-TLU life... so tell me what you think - Graduate Dec. 2005 - take introductionary courses at Rossen Saunders School for Dyslexia... Start my training for Teach for America Summer '06 -- Teach (hopefully in South Dakota) for 2 years... come home only to join the Peace Corps, and hopefully go to Africa for the next 27 months. Then come back to Texas and get the extensive training for dyslexia training, and teach (in a Title I school-so my loans can be paid off a little more) and attend grad school simultaneously. So for all of those who i hope to eventually live near, it'll be the year 2011 before i get back into Texas to start my life... I can't wait... I am now at the point that i want to be done with TLU so I can start on my future!

today i am at home - it is so nice... I got here round 3ish... went to the driving range w/my bro. and then tonight i'm posed to go to a movie with Konoa :) hopefully i can stay awake long enough for that... if not maybe we'll do breakfast in the morning! I can't believe its been almost 2 months since i've seen him!

Brandi bought a house... so i'm not sure if im suposed to tell everyone, but hopefully soon i can go down to conroe and visit!
Andrea is having a baby!!! thats another thing that i'm not sure if i'm posed to say that either :)

softball - kinda going good... the team looks great! time for tiffany to be a little happy - I dropped 5 min on my 2 mile time and 25 sec on my half mile - and so far i've improved on all my stuff... but my tooshie hurts now :( i hate lunges!

time for bed... no movie tonight halloween party tomorrow though hopefully... ttfn all

everyone please say a prayer for Joanie - she's not doing very well, and I love her a lot, and she could use some extra help!

September is finally over

So I am so freaking glad that it is October!!! September was horrible!!! to make a long month short, lost a friend :(, found a lost one, and got one out of jail... just a small taste

happy news...
- Boo boo is 17 (too bad he got a ticket the day after his b-day, and guess what... he forgot to renew his driver's lisence... :-D lol)
- Softball games on the 9th... super cool and fun
- Going to Bochtoberfest!!! Stained - Kid Rock - Corey Morrow :-D
- Found what I want to do after graduation (https://www.teachforamerica.org/where.html)
- Going to the Circus on Monday with some friends and my little booger man :)
- Went to an awesome Dyslexia school and learning center in Austin - it was so amazing, I hope I will be half as good of teacher as those teachers were... probably one my best experiences ever!
- I am observing 2 great class rooms, one in New Braunfels and a BiLingual class in Seguin
- Tomorrow I am going to dinner and a movie with Rachel :)
- And most importantly... my family is all doing very good



well.. i'm going to bed now... have a great day-week-or however long it is before I update this again.
